Easy return in 3 simple steps

Step 1: Contact our customer service
Contact our customer service via the contact form or send an email info@elleve.eu stating your order number.

Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address indicated in our terms and conditions and on the return form. Make sure to include a track and trace code with the package. As the sender, you are fully responsible for the return shipping costs.

Step 3: Receipt of the purchase amount in your bank account
As soon as we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within 5 working days.

Note!
Products that belong to the "hygiene products" category cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. (Underwear, personal care products, health and wellness products, medical devices, ...)
